I'm running an audio conversion site (http://media.io) and oggenc crashes a lot on many files with a "double free or corruption" message. The server is running Lenny. Here is an example stack trace: http://pastebin.org/388359 I've already opened a ticket at xiph (https://trac.xiph.org/ticket/1697) but they don't seem to care. Maybe you can update Lenny to a newer version of vorbis-tools?
