There is no sufficient documentation for the config file
options, AFAICS.
I am especially missing some guideline how to setup
transparent proxy mode. The link to the Howto in the
config file is broken. The correct link would be
http://tldp.org/HOWTO/TransparentProxy.html
but if you check out this document, then you will see that
it defines transparent proxy configuration for squid(!).
