Hi, Even if the script is installed under /usr/bin it won't work as-is. It is designed to be copied to a local, writeable, directory.
If you really want to see this happen then try it by yourself: copy run- tests.php to /usr/local/bin and try to use it (and of course, report the bugs to upstream, preferably with patches.) However, don't expect much help from upstream to fix the bugs, as there are plans to replace run-tests with an OO replacement.
