The issue is not triggered by a particular test, not even by running the testsuite by itself. However, running the testsuite twice in parallel reliably reproduces the crash for me. The crash happens during testing some glsl branching constructs but it may be just that these tests are one of the shortest and may trigger some issue in OpenGL setup/teardown or cause lots of redraws due to windows flashing in and out.
