The init.d script /etc/init.d/anon-proxy contains a configuration line
OPTIONS="-j -p 4001 -n 132.199.134.2:3000 -a -d"
which _must_ be changed to get the program to work (ie, it is not even a
good default).
It would be nice to have that line read from /etc/default/anon-proxy, which
would then be sourced from the init.d script.
