Package: iptables

Hi,

I just noticed that /usr/share/man8/iptables-xml.8 was shipped in the
wrong place according to FHS, and is already properly shipped in
/usr/share/man/man8/iptables-xml.8.gz wich make the first one useless.

Please find a trivial patch in order to solve this.
