If upstream intends to forbid selling even as part of a software compilation, that would be indeed a problem for Debian. I added a comment [1] my thread on the upstream forum. Mario and Jordi, do you see any remaining problems if upstream applies the changes I suggested? I really don't want to have to bother them later again...
