Peter, can you please let Alessandro know what do you think if he takes over this package? He really wants to maintain it, and I think he would agree to co-maintain it with you if you feel like it, but simply not replying to his email is quite unfair and very demotivating fro him. I think that if no replies come in 2/3 week, Alessandro can go over and take the maintainership of the package. It's in RFA/semi-O since a lot of time and I definitely prefers it's under the wings of a willing maintainer (even if there could be some mistakes, but who doesn't? :) ). Alessandro, next time, please mail directly the maintainer too: mailing [email protected] usually won't send him an email.
