Thanks for the debconf talk -- it was really nice -- here is yet another
whining for 'a guy' on the left...

github provides tagging facility which is used as generic way to group tags
without any explicit semantic (like milestone-* tags etc). at the moment sd
seems to do not care about tags at all:

for http://github.com/nipy/NiPype/issues#issue/1 sd has no 'enhancement' tag
listed anywhere.  Would it be possible to at least fetch them up within sd's
stanza? Ideally a set of regular expressions could be defined to convert from
tags into milestones, components, etc.
