There is a bug in the file located at http://www.iso.org/iso/country_codes/background_on_iso_3166/iso_3166-2.h tm. <iso_3166_2_entry code="UG-106" name="Lyantonde" parent="C"/> should be <iso_3166_2_entry code="UG-116" name="Lyantonde" parent="C"/>. This causes an issue with <iso_3166_2_entry code="UG-106" name="Mpigi" parent="C"/> since they are using the same code, which isn't allowed when both entries are in that same subdivision type.
