No, I mean the content of http://mirror.bjtu.edu.cn/debian/project/trace/debian.bjtu.edu.cn show that ftpsync is not used (http://www.debian.org/mirror/ftpmirror#how). Make sure you use the script ftpsync from the url above, then check the file content (several lines).
