Invoking iotop with an unaivalbe locale set, results in a traceback:
$ LANG=foo iotop

locale.Error: unsupported locale setting
Testing with source (git://repo.or.cz/iotop.git) made no change.
I would expect a warning and that the program continues as usual as the
output of iotop is no wordy text.
