Turns out the fix is piecemeal, for instance: if the user has access to
multiple Kerberos-enabled accounts, he might get an error that the
authenticating user (who uses the ticket from an other computer) weren't
in the database. This, again, gets Exchange 2007 in a state where it won't
accept further authentication attempts in the same session.
Looks like we need to remove the "auto" feature, or to add a repoll
feature for IMAP, too, and trigger it on authentication failures. This
also needs a proper framework to lock methods that fail.
