Just as a note for everyone having the same problem. YouTube did not show the videos using WebM anymore. It must have been after an upgrade of Epiphany or libwebkit. It turns out that I had to activate HTML5 Beta in YouTube again [1]. The cookie(?) must have been deleted somehow. Thanks, Paul [1] http://www.youtube.com/html5
