Package: python-libsvm
Version: 2.91-2
Severity: wishlist

Whilst packaging PyBrain, I noticed that the new Python interface introduced
in 2.91 is incompatible with the old one, e.g.:

    >>> from svm import cross_validation
    Traceback (most recent call last):
      File "<stdin>", line 1, in <module>
    ImportError: cannot import name cross_validation

It would be helpful if this were noted in debian/NEWS.

Regards,
Christian
