Added them in the arch exclude list.

I missed this one, I didn't realize 'hostname -f' on the machine gave
'localhost' as a result, 'hostname' gives the correct name.

I have switched to ftp.nl.debian.org

Updates were already set to 4 times a day, I have raised the number of
updates to 6 times a day for each part of the mirror.

Because of our company security policy, we can not set up push sync at
this moment. I agree this may help with the updates and we will
investigate the possibility to provide a way to allow push sync without
breaking our security policy.
