What's the next step regarding the push mirror setup? (I'm currently
syncing from ftp.se.debian.org)
I've noticed ftp.is (rhnet) admins again, hopefully you will be able to
be pushed from them..
If they cannot fix ftp/rsync, then you would become ftp.is and be pushed
from some debian.org machines (kassia.d.o or syncproxy3.eu.d.o).
I keep you informed.
No reply from rhnet admins, so I suggest you got pushed from kassia and
possibly become ftp.is.

Then sync from kassia.debian.org::debian (user/pass via private mail)
