Hi,
the piece of code below fails the -x check as apparently immodules (and
every other .so object in the gtk-2.0/2.2 directory) are set to 0644:
for dir in /usr/lib*/gtk-2.0/2.*/immodules; do
if [ -x ${dir}/im-$1.so ]; then
return 0
fi
done
The fix is rather obvious (use -e or -r).
The QT input method check fails in the same way.
