I'm afraid i didn't write problem clear enough. I have something like ~140 of this sections and lots of trailing empty lines in keys file. If i delete keys file, and try with empty one, fluxbox_update-configs will create a new one with those 140 awful lines, furthermore every time i'll try launching fluxbox, it will write +~140 lines to my keys file.
I've done some research. it looks, like fluxbox_update-configs adds following lines unconditionally, but only one section per launch.
