Hi Ola, Removing is probably a bad idea, as - as far as I understand it - this would cause containers to no longer reboot (will shutdown, but won't start up again). Turning it into the file /etc/init.d/vzreboot with proper headers is probably the only Debian-ok way to go. I'm unsure how the symlink can be created without too much hassle, as I see quite a few issues here: * for Debian, use update-rc.d, so insserv and file-rc can be happy (and this should work for pre-squeeze sysv-rc versions too) * for non-Debian con, do what?
As this is a container-distro specific thing, the only sensible way of doing this, would be using the distro-specific scripts. But if the file is going away soon, this might not be worth it.
