Subject: aegisub: package description contains irrelevant information Package: aegisub Version: 2.1.8-0.0 Severity: minor
The package description begins with: | An advanced subtitle editor for Windows, and UNIX-like systems, such | as Linux, Mac OS X and BSD. It is open source software and free for | any use. Since it is in Debian/main without loss of information this can be reduced to: | An advanced subtitle editor. which is a bit minimal. It would be nice if the package description mentions which formats it supports (e.g. can I use vobsub, .srt, etc). Also, the short description has "Advance" instead of "Advanced". Anyway, thanks for packaging it. -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.34-1-686 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_GB.utf8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash -- -- arthur - [email protected] - http://people.debian.org/~adejong --
