Please see #595085 and #595083 I've submitted a patch upstream to port tracker to libupower-glib, but this patch is only in the unstable branch. It is easily backportable though, so we might consider cherry-picking it. On the other hand, there are still a few other apps using libdevkit-power-gobject which probably won't be updated in time for squeeze, so the benefit of patching tracker is questionable.
