Unfortunately these steps don't work for me. The only thing that works is to block all cookies from youtube.com, including session cookies.
Is there some debugging output I can get that will tell me why this is failing (and why it fails for me but not for others)? This problem affects all three of my amd64 Debian Testing machines.
