In the past, these repeated segfaults have almost always been traced
back to a buggy PAM module.

Are you by chance using libpam-mount? It was the cause for #401761 and
#484122, for example, which exhibited the same symptoms.

If not, please post the output of `dpkg -l | grep pam`.
