When running the tightvnc server on the i386 system, it is on display :1
When killing and restarting it, it is on display :1 again (:0 is the local display). This seems me to be ok.
When running the tightvnc server on the AMD64 system, (display is :1), kliling it and starting again, it is on display :2.
This seems to be a result of the same bug in tightvncserver on AMD64 distribution.
But it may also be another bug of tightvncserver. David Moerike -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact listmas...@lists.debian.org
