Let me as a follow up point out that SHA2 hashes were supported as of 2006-06-10 in "isakpmd/hash.c", rev. 1.21.
At that time the build file "isakmpd/GNUMakefile" had already been removed. Thus it will take much work, since API changes internal to OpenBSD has been added since then, to adapt any reasonably recent source of Isakmpd for inclusion in Debian GNU/Linux.
