Thanks for your response! We generally don't upgrade the bundled modules to stay consistent with the upstream versions of the Perl core. Given that Unicode-Collate-0.60 isn't even the latest upstream development release of Perl (5.13.5) yet, a separate libunicode-collate-perl package would be the preferred solution. If/when the separate package enters unstable, please file a bug against perl for adding the Provides/Replaces/Conflicts dance like we do for all the other separately packaged dual lived modules.
