Package: apt-listchanges Version: 2.85.5 Severity: normal apt-listchanges recommends exim4 | mail-transport-agent. However, apt-listchanges works perfectly well when just displaying the list of changes to a pager at install time, and only needs an MTA if mailing the list of changes elsewhere. Please consider downgrading the dependency to a suggestion, to avoid pulling in an MTA by default (since recommends now get installed by default).
