Package: gettext Version: 0.14.5-2 Severity: wishlist Hi,
autopoint does not work unless CVS is installed: autopoint: *** cvs program not found autopoint: *** Stop. so I would like to suggest putting "cvs" as a Recommends rather than a Suggests due to this, since it's not optional but required in order to use autopoint. Does a simple file copying utility /really/ need CVS functionality? Since autopoint could legitimately get used during a build, could this break due to a missing cvs build dependency?
