Package: ptop

This package should not recommend postgresql, since that will normally cause 
the server package to be installed with ptop even though it's usable without 
it.  Also, there are multiple postgresql server versions available.  I suggest 
you remove this, or if you want to keep it, reduce it to Suggests.
