This cannot be implemented as common-line option, as the files are placed at their final decision when they come in, thus it is a property of (at least a given distribution). For this normaly use additional components, like pool/ main/ woody/ sarge/ etch/ sid/ contrib/ woody/ sarge/ etch/ sid/ non-free/ woody/ sarge/ etch/ sid/ undistributable/ woody/ sarge/ This has also the advantage of only having to specify permissions for one directory, even when having them for multiple distributions.
