I realised that a running JOSM process seemed to be responsible for this
problem. After aborting the running JOSM Prune works as expected. I
realised this when I tried to start another JOSM process which ended in
the very same problem as starting prune. I can also confirm that not
only gpsprune version 11 but also version 10 from testing is affected
by this problem.
Can you confirm that a running JOSM process prevents prune from starting
as well as anny additional JOSM process?
Kind regards
Andreas.
