The big question now is WHY? Usualy this error means that ia32-libs depends on something that is uninstallable. To find out the simplest way is to run sudo apt-get install ia32-libs-libssh2 ia32-libs You might get the same kind of error again and then just keep adding the respective packages to the command line till it will give you a "can not be installed" error (or other). Then you've found the culprit. On a side note: libssh2-1 is already included in ia32-libs and you will get a file override conflict trying to install ia32-libs-libssh2 with current ia32-libs.
