Yeah - just disabling a bunch of tests because they fail in python2.7
isn't much of a fix.  I don't know much Python so I can't really help,
but given the lack of response to this issue, there must not be a lot
of people using Python 2.7 except in Gentoo and Ubuntu.

I do note in passing that Subversion explicitly does _not_ support
Python 3, nor do we have any plans to support it.  Someone tried to
port it several months ago, but the patches were too ugly and
intrusive.

Good catch.  On the other hand, I've sort of been planning to remove
svn-make-config entirely, doing its job a different way.  I'll probably
just do that for the next upload.
