I guess you are using this feature in a wrong way. This is to support
"Add client" feature in UltraVNC server.

"VNC incoming connection" does not work. On the PC where it is started
is opened predefined Port but from other station where the VNC
connection is made runs High CPU load and no connection is made.
It was tested across debian/gnome, debian/XFCE and Ubuntu Maverick.
