Package: openswan Version: 1:2.6.28+dfsg-3 Severity: minor
the ipsec.conf manpage states : "cipher-hash;modpgroup, cipher-hash;modpgroup, ..." and ike=aes128-md5;modp2048, ike=3des-md5;modp1024, in the ike section. instead, it's ike=aes128-md5-modp2048, cipher-hash-modpgroup. substitute ; by -. It's very confusing trying to put ;modp1024 after ike=3des-md5 like in the manpage and having pluto/ipsec complaining. thanks. -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (900, 'testing'), (600, 'unstable'), (550, 'stable'), (449, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.35.4.2.6.35.4-3-ws.2010.09.14 (SMP w/4 CPU cores; PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=en_CA.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_CA.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages openswan depends on: ii bind9-host [host] 1:9.7.1.dfsg.P2-2 Version of 'host' bundled with BIN ii bsdmainutils 8.0.13 collection of more utilities from ii debconf [debconf-2.0] 1.5.35 Debian configuration management sy ii iproute 20100519-3 networking and traffic control too ii ipsec-tools 1:0.7.3-9 IPsec tools for Linux ii libc6 2.11.2-2 Embedded GNU C Library: Shared lib ii libcurl3 7.21.0-1 Multi-protocol file transfer libra ii libgmp3c2 2:4.3.2+dfsg-1 Multiprecision arithmetic library ii libldap-2.4-2 2.4.23-4 OpenLDAP libraries ii libpam0g 1.1.1-4 Pluggable Authentication Modules l ii openssl 0.9.8o-2 Secure Socket Layer (SSL) binary a openswan recommends no packages.
