Package: librtai-dev
Version: 3.8.1-2
Severity: wishlist

RTAI is a quite popular RT implementation in tandem with comedi to interface to
the external acquisition hardware. COMEDI support is optional in RTAI and
needs to be enabled (--enable-comedi). Thus now -dev package lacks such files
as rtai_comedi.h preventing dependent projects to use Debian-provided
librtai-dev and requiring complete manual rebuild of RTAI.

Thus it would be great if comedi support was enabled by default -- should be
safe since COMEDI is included into upstream linux, and built as a module, and
we have comedelib in Debian.

Thanks in advance
