Hello, Tony! I understand! Disabling "Always show tab bar" is supposed to be used then by those who don't need tabs or don't use the terminal often. I believe the problem has to do with the wm in use, though. The current behaviour is much more acceptable because it doesn't steal my attention while working. Thanks for your attention!
