It seems that the sshuttle forgot to close sockets, leads to too many
open sockets exceeds the limit (1024) of open fds.
firewall manager: undoing changes.

Upstream fixed this in commit 735460084991336dbd8e, the fix is
included in upstream version 0.43 and beyonds.
