Severity: important

When I try browse http://localhost:8022/, I only get the top buttons
and after a few seconds I get a message along the lines of:

  Connection lost timeout ts:1293666911825

The same happens if I run the daemon manually using:

  ajaxterm --port=8022 --serverport=22 --uid=ajaxterm --daemon

However, if I run:

  ajaxterm --port=8022 --serverport=22 --uid=ajaxterm

Things work just fine.

(I should also note that the ajaxterm process fails to exist in response
to Ctrl-C - SIGINT. But that's a minor issue)
