Yeah, that's what I've figured out (our mails almost crossed their
ways ;).

Well, it was not displayed in my case, so I don't think that's
it... although... I tried to have it displayed, then hide it, and then
once I could open the Tools > Extensions dialog, whereas the next time
I couldn't and it crashed.

it crashed.

The problem is that now when I manage to reopen it (sometimes just
calling it crashes), the extension is grayed, and no way to remove it
:(

There seems to be some non deterministic issue I'm afraid
somewhere... but that could be a way to try and remove it...
