Well, it was not displayed in my case, so I don't think that's it... although... The problem is that now when I manage to reopen it (sometimes just calling it crashes), the extension is grayed, and no way to remove it :( There seems to be some non deterministic issue I'm afraid somewhere... but that could be a way to try and remove it...
