Hello,

Currently the CSV export fiiter generates CSV files using the current locale to
format floating-point numbers. Since the filter offers no option, I would
expect it to generate the most portable and most commonly called CSV format, so
using the C locale. The uses of exports for human beings is already covered by
the Text export filter, where everything can be configured.

Best regards,
Samuel Hym
