I also can't send PNG attachments to bugs.debian.org. This makes
working with any kind of user interface issues very difficult so I'm
raising severity (I hope this is fairly easy to fix if you just can
locate what is silently dropping the emails).
Here are headers for my latest attempt. I can provide earlier examples
too but I suspect your log rotation might have removed those already.
