Hi Ian I did not set out to report the bug directly to the technical committee, and I apologise if this has wasted your time. I went through the bug report process and tried to chose the options that made the most sense. I don't know which package is at fault.
I sent this bug to be helpful, because I know other people using power-pc's with debian based distros who are struggling with mounting cd's. It is not causing me a problem and I am not looking for an answer. Shall I go through the bug report process again and try and find a more suitable option?
