Building against coinor-ipopt
-----------------------------

When building against coinor-ipopt, it may be necessary to pass one
of'-ldmumps_seq-4.9.2' or '-ldmumps-4.9.2' to the linker.  In the future, this
may become unnecessary through the use of pkg-config.  However, it is the
needed in the meantime.  Please see http://bugs.debian.org/592752 for a more
complete discussion on the subject.

So, I looked through the new upstream release and could not find
anything about pkg-config support.  Do you have a link or some
documentation on it?
