After a failed build just like on the buildd, I restarted it without
cleaning, and lo -- it succeeded, producing working armel packages.
I couldn't test if printing works (no printer, too lazy to read up how to
fake one) so I don't know if the unit that failed is correct, but at least
basic functionality of Lazarus seems to be there.
I'll repeat the build several times to check if there's something
nondeterministic, and append this bug if indeed the behaviour differs.
