Package: uif
Version: 1.0.5-4.3
Severity: normal

Since configuration files are not declared as configuration, they are
overwritten
during the upgrading process. After rebooting a machine (needed for upgrading
the
kernel in a lenny-> squeeze upgrade), remote machines may not be reachable
anymore, and the admin gets no alert at all!

Thus, this bug is important, or at least the upgrading process should raise an
alert to the administrator.
