Package: gnucash Version: 1:2.4.0-5 Severity: normal --- Please enter the report below this line. --- After upgrading the gnucash version, the "transfer funds" function doesn't work as expected.
Steps: - click transfer funds when you have an account from "Current Assets" open - tick "Show Income/Expense" Expected result: See Income/Expenses tree Actual result: Only see Expenses and Income, without their subaccounts, so no transfer is possible Workaround: Open the respective subaccount of Expenses and launch 'Transfer Funds' from there. Then I am able to see both the 'Current Assets' tree, and Expenses tree and make the transfer. It is quite time consuming though, as for each different expense I need to open it, go there, and enter transaction there, when all I want is to enter the transactions to/from an account in 'Current Assets'. If you need more details please ask, I can't attach the actual gnucash file for obvious reasons, but if needed I can try to create some minimal files with fake data that reproduce this bug. --- System information. --- Architecture: amd64 Kernel: Linux 2.6.37-phenom Debian Release: wheezy/sid 500 unstable ftp.lug.ro 500 testing security.debian.org 500 testing ftp.ro.debian.org 1 experimental ftp.lug.ro --- Package information. --- Depends (Version) | Installed ============================================-+-=============== gnucash-common (>= 1:2.4.0-5) | 1:2.4.0-5 guile-1.6-libs | 1.6.8-10 libaqbanking33 (>= 4.99.2) | 5.0.2-3 libart-2.0-2 (>= 2.3.18) | 2.3.21-1 libatk1.0-0 (>= 1.29.3) | 1.30.0-1 libbonobo2-0 (>= 2.15.0) | 2.24.3-1 libbonoboui2-0 (>= 2.15.1) | 2.24.3-1 libc6 (>= 2.3.4) | 2.11.2-11 libcairo2 (>= 1.2.4) | 1.10.2-2 libdbi0 | 0.8.3+really0.8.2-1 libfontconfig1 (>= 2.8.0) | 2.8.0-2.1 libfreetype6 (>= 2.2.1) | 2.4.2-2.1 libgconf2-4 (>= 2.27.0) | 2.28.1-6 libglade2-0 (>= 1:2.6.1) | 1:2.6.4-1 libglib2.0-0 (>= 2.24.0) | 2.28.0-1 libgnome-keyring0 (>= 2.20.3) | 2.30.1-1 libgnome2-0 (>= 2.17.3) | 2.30.0-1 libgnomecanvas2-0 (>= 2.11.1) | 2.30.1-1 libgnomeui-0 (>= 2.22.0) | 2.24.3-1 libgnomevfs2-0 (>= 1:2.17.90) | 1:2.24.3-2 libgoffice-0.8-8 (>= 0.8.8) | 0.8.13-1 libgtk2.0-0 (>= 2.12.0) | 2.20.1-2 libguile-ltdl-1 | 1.6.8-10 libgwengui-gtk2-0 (>= 3.99.16) | 4.0.5-1 libgwenhywfar60 (>= 3.99.1) | 4.0.5-1 libice6 (>= 1:1.0.0) | 2:1.0.7-1 libktoblzcheck1c2a | 1.29-1 libofx4 | 1:0.9.0-3 liborbit2 (>= 1:2.14.10) | 1:2.14.18-0.1 libpango1.0-0 (>= 1.14.0) | 1.28.3-1+squeeze1 libpopt0 (>= 1.16) | 1.16-1 libsm6 | 2:1.2.0-1 libsoup2.4-1 (>= 2.4.0) | 2.30.2-1 libwebkit-1.0-2 (>= 1.1.5) | 1.2.6-2 libx11-6 | 2:1.4.1-4 libxml2 (>= 2.7.4) | 2.7.8.dfsg-2 zlib1g (>= 1:1.1.4) | 1:1.2.5.dfsg-1 perl | 5.10.1-17 slib | 3b1-3.1 guile-1.6-slib | 1.6.8-10 libfinance-quote-perl | 1.17-1 libwww-perl | 5.837-1 libhtml-tree-perl | 4.1-1 libhtml-tableextract-perl | 2.10-3 libcrypt-ssleay-perl | 0.57-2 libdate-manip-perl | 6.21-1 Recommends (Version) | Installed ===========================-+-=========== gnucash-docs | 2.2.0-3 Suggests (Version) | Installed =============================-+-=========== libdbd-mysql | libdbd-pgsql | libdbd-sqlite3 | -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
