Indeed, as the package is provided just as a convenience for the users as
said earlier. Those sources are compiled in the openscenegraph package.

Actually libopenscenegraph-dev suggests openscenegraph-examples. It's
other point of view :)

Build-depends doesn't work that way. Please also note that both packages
stem from the same source package.
