Package: e2fsprogs
Version: 1.41.12-2
Severity: normal

I think I have started seeing this message very recently (maybe with the
2.6.37 kernel).

[ 307.168035] EXT4-fs (dm-0): error count: 9
[ 307.168046] EXT4-fs (dm-0): initial error at 1296155431:
ext4_mb_generate_buddy:726
[ 307.168054] EXT4-fs (dm-0): last error at 1296155431:
ext4_reserve_inode_write:5589

There hasn't been a data corruption that I'm aware of.

I did check for similar reports but most I found were reported to have
resizing as the common element. In my case, there's no resize done.
